Consistent Progress and Strong Finish in Las Vegas Christian Alquisada, representing team MILITARY, completed the 7.02-mile event at the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon with a total time of 1:11:22. He achieved a consistent average pace of 10:10 min/mile, showing impressive control throughout the race. Alquisada stood out in the M25-29 division, securing the 29th position out of a crowded field of 1365 participants. Pacing improvements were evident as the race progressed. The first two splits showed initial challenges, recorded at 10:26 min/mile and 14:51 min/mile, respectively. However, from the third mile onwards, Alquisada found his rhythm, with subsequent splits reflecting faster paces, notably achieving 8:31 min/mile in the final mile. This progression suggests a capacity to maintain stamina and adjust strategy mid-race, which could be capitalized upon with further focus on the start phase pacing.
