Vendors

The Las Vegas Marathon is excited to offer a wide range of vendor opportunities that provide access to a highly-targeted demographic at a very low cost. Pricing has been kept low in order to ensure accessibility.

Expo

The Expo will be on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 9:00am - 5:00pm at a TBD location in Las Vegas. Set up time for vendors is October 24 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm or the morning of the expo at 8am.

Booth maps

Booth space is reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. The layout will be a snake-like design ensuring maximum exposure to all vendor booths. Once payment has been received, additional details will be emailed.

Swag bags

Vendors may purchase space to insert items into physical swag bags. Vendors are responsible for printing and delivering all materials, but race staff and volunteers will insert all items into the swag bags. Items must be received no later than October 8, 2025 to be included in the race bags. Additional information including ad specs and requirement will be emailed once payment is received.

All vendor purchases are final and will not be refunded.
