The Las Vegas Marathon is excited to offer a wide range of vendor opportunities at the Las Vegas Marathon Expo presented by Caesars Palace and at the Finish Line Festival at The STRAT. Expo
The Expo will be on January 9th from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM at Caesars Palace in the Octavia Ballroom. We anticipate over 20,000 expo attendees this year!
All vendors and sponsors who are selling onsite must provide their Las Vegas Business License Number to the event organizers no less than 4 weeks before the event.Booth maps
The expo layout will feature a snake-like design ensuring maximum exposure to all vendor booths. To inquire about specific booth locations like end caps or corners, please email aubrey@brooksee.com. Depending on availability, unique requests can be reserved for an additional cost.
Finish Line Festival
The Finish Line Festival takes place at the finish line on race day from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The finish line is located at The STRAT. We anticipate over 25,000 finish line festival attendees this year! This is a great opportunity to connect with runners and spectators in a high-energy environment!
All vendors and sponsors who are selling onsite must provide their Las Vegas Business License Number to the event organizers no less than 4 weeks before the event.Swag Bags
Every participant will receive a swag bag filled with samples, flyers, swag items, and coupons when they pick up their race bibs. Vendors may purchase space to insert items into physical swag bags. Vendors are responsible for printing and delivering all materials, but race staff and volunteers will insert all items into the swag bags. Additional information including ad specs and requirement will be emailed once payment is received.
All vendor purchases are final and will not be refunded.
