Strong Finish and Consistent Pace Carina Heilner demonstrated a well-executed performance in the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon. A remarkable consistency in her pacing is evident as she secured an impressive 2nd place finish in both the overall female category and her division. Heilners performance was particularly distinguished in the F45-49 age group, where she consistently held her top spot throughout, achieving high placement in every segment of the race. Her pacing varied slightly between splits. Notably, she achieved her fastest pace of 5:43 min/mile in the eighth mile and demonstrated resilience with a strong finish. Initial splits showed a progressive acceleration, with split times improving after the first mile and peaking around mile 8.
