Consistent Effort with an Impressive Finish Klein Miltenberger maintained a steady and competitive pace throughout his half marathon, completing the 13.1 miles in 1:47:33 with an overall pace of 8:12 minutes per mile. Noteworthy is his ability to execute a negative split, speeding up in the latter part of the race. His fastest mile was the tenth with a pace of 7:48, showing a focused push towards the end. While his pace slightly fluctuated, he finished strong with the last three miles all under 8:00 minutes per mile, exemplifying consistent pacing and endurance. The improvements in pacing during the second half significantly enhanced his placement, finishing 52nd in his division out of 93 participants. Miltenberger's progress through the field was evident, rising from 513th place overall at the fourth mile to 285th by the race's end.
