Consistent Start, Strong Finish Jewel Granados maintained a consistent pace during the initial stages of her half marathon, posting an impressive first mile time of 8:32 and an elapsed pace of 8:32 min/mile. Her noticeable early consistency was marked by a steady improvement in her overall standing from 798 to 758 by the third mile. Her split times remained strong through the fourth mile at 9:02. However, from the fifth mile onward, there was a visible trend towards slower split times, peaking at 13:14 at mile eleven. Despite this slowing trend, Jewel maintained her position within the top ranks and concluded with an overall pace of 10:24 min/mile. At the finish, her final standings showed her in 377th place for females, 80th in her division.
