Pacing Adjustments Lead to Steady Finish Bernard Reyes Jr. from Las Vegas participated in the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon half marathon event, finishing with an overall time of 2:55:43 and an average pace of 13:24 min/mile. Bernard showed a strong start with the fastest split of 11:06 for the first mile. Throughout the race, there were fluctuations in pace, with a notable segment at mile 5 where the split time increased to 16:07. The field of participants was competitive, with Bernard placing 1448th overall out of 1772 runners, 749th among males, and 72nd in the M40-44 age division. Consistency was observed across the latter part of the race, particularly at mile 12, where Bernard achieved a strong split of 13:25.
