Consistency with Notable Improvements Observed Sydney Schmidt completed the 7.02 mile event in 2:02:41, maintaining a consistent pace with an overall average of 17:28 min/mile. Her performance maintained stable pacing throughout, with noticeable improvements in her third and fourth miles when she achieved a split pace of 16:40 min/mile and 16:59 min/mile, respectively. This improvement during the middle section notably elevated her standing, moving up to 981st place overall at the end of mile 4. In her age group (F35-39), Sydney finished 151st out of the total participants and achieved her best placement of 131st during the fourth mile. While positions fluctuated slightly throughout the race, her ability to maintain a steady pace is commendable. For future races, maintaining early splits within the improved range seen in miles 3 and 4 could contribute to better overall performance. Great effort, and continue to build on the pace consistency.
