Consistent Performance with Remarkable Mid-Race Push Aubrey Bayang displayed a commendable level evenness in the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon's Half Marathon. Her opening pace of 9:56 min/mile was followed by increased momentum, hitting the strongest stride between miles 3 and 4 with an impressive split time of 9:14 min/mile. There was a noticeable improvement in her positioning, advancing from 1078 overall to 722 by mile 6. She managed to maintain this better placement until the finishing stages. Though finishing with a slight reduction in speed, Aubrey completed the race in 2:08:48, averaging a steady 9:49 min/mile. The consistency in her splits suggests efficient pacing strategies, but the slowdown post mile 10 indicates an area to build endurance for a stronger finish. Placing 54th in her division out of 177, she represented Tequila Derby strongly. With continued focus on maintaining energy through the final miles, Aubrey can further improve future performances.
