Consistent Pacing with a Soaring Finish Solan Everly, representing Team Thunder, showed a commendable performance at the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon, finishing the 26.2-mile race in 4:34:18. Maintaining an overall pace of 10:28 min/mile, Solan demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the race. Notably, early in the race, Solan's splits were steady with a peak acceleration between miles 5 and 10, where paces ranged between 9:59 and 9:14 min/mile, exhibiting significant strength in maintaining upper tempo across those stretches. In the latter part of the marathon, although the pace slightly slackened, Solan managed a remarkable finish despite the additional splits nearing 13:00 min/mile from mile 21 onwards. Finishing 74th in the M1924 division and 691st in male rankings out of 1879 participants provides a strong baseline. As a constructive point of focus, exploring strategies for maintaining pace in the final miles could offer opportunities to excel further. Nonetheless, excellent job with a consistent and commendable effort throughout the course.
