Consistent Performance with Steady Splits Samantha Carter completed the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon's half marathon event in a commendable time of 1:54:42. Maintaining a solid average pace of 8:45 min/mile, Samantha showed consistency throughout the splits. Her initial mile was clocked at 8:12 min/mile, marking her fastest pace, while the slowest pace was at mile two with 9:02 min/mile. Notably, she managed to pick up the pace again in mile six, recording 8:26 min/mile. Samantha's performance saw her place 472nd overall out of 1,772 participants, securing the 139th position among female competitors and 28th in the F25-29 division. She fluctuated in her placement, initially ranking 542nd overall, but gradually improved her standing, particularly evident from miles five through seven where she demonstrated strong pacing. It is recommended that Samantha reviews her pacing strategy in the early and middle stages to optimize and maintain her position as events unfold.
