Consistent Effort with a Strong Mid-Race Split Misty's performance at the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon showcased consistent pacing, finishing the 7.02-mile event with an overall time of 1:34:38 and an average pace of 13:28 min/mile. Her standout moment was the third mile, where she achieved her fastest split of 11:52 min/mile, improving her placement significantly from 842nd at the first mile to 804th overall. This section marked a solid effort in maintaining momentum during the race. As for positioning, Misty started at 842nd overall and progressed to 909th, placing in the middle range for both her gender, 494th out of 1365 participants, and the F45-49 age division, 43rd. Misty's consistent pace is commendable, particularly toward the conclusion of the race. Focusing on maintaining the strong mid-race pace in the latter stages could yield even more positive results in future races. Joining the team GFG provided support, and her representation of North Las Vegas, NV, was excellent.
