Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Angela Loucks demonstrated impressive consistency during the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon Half Marathon. Angela maintained a steady average pace of 8:16 min/mile, finishing with a time of 1:48:25. Notably, her performance was a significant improvement over her previous years race, where she completed the course in 2:09:09. Angela's strong start was evident with a 7:36 min/mile for the first mile. She peaked in speed at mile 3 with a 7:21 min/mile, which was her fastest split, before settling into a more consistent rhythm for the remainder of the race. From a strategic standpoint, Angela could benefit from maintaining momentum in the latter race stages, as her pace slowed particularly around miles 8 and 11, where she posted splits of 9:34 and 9:51 min/mile, respectively. Despite the mid-race fluctuations, Angela finished strong, improving her division place from 24th to 10th over the past year.
