Consistent Performance with Negative Splits and Strategic Finish Laura Cadieux maintained a commendable steady pace throughout her marathon performance, clocking an overall time of 4:16:30. Starting with a 10:12 min/mile in the first mile, she improved significantly, achieving her fastest split at 8:42 min/mile by mile 7. Her average pace throughout was 9:47 min/mile, a clear show of consistency over the 26.2 miles. She displayed strategic running by distributing her energy evenly, maintaining a competitive pace across the remaining distance. Throughout the race, she showed prowess in her division, finishing 41st in F40-44 out of 52 participants, reflecting her consistent transitions during pacing.
