Consistent Effort, Steady Finish Jayne Rosal completed the 2025 Las Vegas Marathon Half Marathon in 3:21:45, averaging a pace of 15:24 min/mile. Her start was strong with an 11:09 min/mile split for the first mile. As the race progressed, her pace gradually slowed, culminating in the slowest split of 21:13 min/mile between miles 11 and 12. She managed to regain some speed in the final mile with a split pace of 16:13 min/mile. Notably, Jayne maintained a consistent overall pace, finishing 790th among all female participants. A positive aspect is that she maintained her position within her age division, consistently placing mid-to-upper 90s throughout. Jayne's endurance over the longer distance is commendable, especially considering her previous race was 7.02 miles. To improve, focusing on maintaining a more consistent pacing strategy after the first few miles could enhance performance, particularly in later stages of the race. Overall, Jayne demonstrated strong determination as part of Team Sexy Pace.
