Bio: I love running and motivating others to run. I'm married and we have 5 children, we live in Utah. I've gotten accustomed to running down-hill marathon since Utah has so many of them :) I also really enjoy 24-hour and backyard ultra races, these last-one-standing style races are really fun to push yourself to your distance limits!
